My Name is Cush, I am Customer Service Representative in a BPO for almost 1 year and 6 months. Being a Customer Service we help client with their complaints and questions give them information about products and services, take orders, process returns, providing advice on purchasing products or services, assisting their needs and making sure that the concern must resolve throughout the call.
